Donald M. Walls, 41, of Willow St., Rochester, is charged with petit larceny, aggravated unlicensed operation 2nd and trespass after he was observed stealing multiple pieces of patio furniture from the Indian Falls Log Cabin Restaurant at 1227 Gilmore road in Pembroke on June 28, 2020 at 1:56a.m.
Walls was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on July 29, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Nicole P. Lucca, 27, of Linwood Ave., Buffalo, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely after a motor vehicle accident on Knowlesville road in Alabama on May 17, 2020.
Lucca was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Alabama Court on August 26, 2020 at 6:00p.m.
