Elis Salkic, 22, of Adele Dr., Greece, NY, is charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating while using an electronic device, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd and unlawful possession of marijuana, after a traffic stop for vehicle and traffic violations on Richmond avenue in Batavia on June 29, 2020 at 5:44p.m.
Salkic was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while having a suspended license.
Salkic was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 18, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
