NYS POLICE/Pike man arrested for aggravated DWI after Hume accident

On June 27, 2020, SP Fillmore Troopers arrested Joshua A. Bentley, 25, of Pike, NY for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated – BAC Over 0.18%.

Troopers investigating a one-car accident on Dugway Road in the town of Hume, determined Bentley had been operating a vehicle while allegedly in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Bentley was then arrested and transported to SP Fillmore, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.19% BAC.

Bentley was released with appearance tickets for Hume Town Court, where he is due to appear in August.

On June 26, 2020, at approximately 9:25 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 in the town of Cheektowaga, for multiple vehicle and traffic violations.  The driver of the vehicle, Dennis S. Bucceri, 37, of Oakfield, NY, was found to allegedly be intoxicated.  He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.21%. 

Bucceri was charged with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; an Unclassified Misdemeanor and several vehicle and traffic violations.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Cheektowaga Court on July 31, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

A 17 year old male, of Buffalo, NY, is charged with two counts of possession of a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, after an incident in LeRoy on March 16, 2017.

The teen was arrested July 3, 2020. He was issued an appearance ticket.

Alexis R. Reyes, 33, of Rochester, is charged with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, after a motorcycle complaint in the Town of Shelby on June 30, 2020 at 8:48p.m.

Reyes was issued an appearance ticket.

Bradley J. Welker, 23, of Kendall, NY, is charged with sex abuse 1st/contact with a minor under age 11, a class D felony, and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, after an incident on June 29, 2020.

Welker was arrested on July 1, 2020.

Lori E. Miller, 50, of Holley, NY, is charged with three counts of offering a false instrument 1st, a class E felony, and welfare fraud 5th on June 29, 2020 in the Town of Albion.

Miller was issued an appearance ticket.

Crystal L. Keiffer, 33, of Albion, NY, is charged with four counts of filing a false instrument 1st and welfare fraud 4th, both class E felonies, on June 24, 2020 in the Town of Albion.

Keiffer was issued an appearance ticket.

Heather L. Summers, 41, of Kendall, NY, is charged with twelve counts of offering a false instrument 1st, a class E felony, and welfare fraud 3rd, a class D felony, on June 25, 2020 in the Town of Albion.

Summers was issued an appearance ticket.

Mamadou Diallo, 20, of Bronx, NY, is charged with grand larceny 3rd, a class D felony, after the larceny of a vehicle in Warsaw on May 12, 2020.

Diallo was arrested on June 24, 2020, and released on recognizance.
