GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Bergen man charged after fleeing from deputy

David J. Loiacono, 40, of Buffalo St, Bergen, is charged with obstructing governmental administration and unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle 3rd , after an incident on Buffalo street on July 5, 2020 at 1:02p.m.

Loiacono was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Bergen court on August 19, 2020 at 3:00p.m.

He was released to a third party.

Jeremy M. Fairbanks, 42, of Main St., and Leah Kelly, 35, of Harvester Ave., both of Batavia, are each charged with 306 counts of criminal contempt 2nd .

Fairbanks was arrested on July 2, 2020 and Kelly was arrested on July 5, 2020.

The arrests were made following a complaint of a violation of a court order. Fairbanks in Batavia, and Kelly in Bergen. Both were issued appearance tickets.

Fairbanks will appear in City Court on August 25, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Kelly was arraigned in Genesee County Court this morning.

Roy A. Watson Jr., 31, of Shepard Rd., Batavia, was arrested on an outstanding warrant issued by Orleans County on June 16, 2020.

During the arrest he was allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.

On July 6, 2020, Watson was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and criminal use of drug paraphernalia 2nd.

He was issued appearance tickets and will appear in City Court on August 4, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Kaleb J. Bobzein, 22, of Lockport, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly making numerous phone calls to another person that is a protected party of a court issued order of protection.

The calls were made from the jail at 14 West Main street on January 28, 2020.

Bobzein was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 14, 2020.
