Colby L. Ellis, 31, of Albion, is charged with burglary 2nd, petit larceny and criminal contempt 1st after an incident in Alexander on July 8, 2020 at 3:03a.m.
Ellis allegedly violated a full stay away order of protection issued out of Batavia City Court.
Ellis was held on $10,000 cash bail, $20,000 bond or $40,000 security.
Ellis is due to appear in the Town of Alexander Court on August 18, 2020.
Jillian L. Hupp, 30, of North St., LeRoy, is charged with grand larceny 4th and offering a false instrument for filing, after an investigation with the assistance of the Genesee County Social Services Investigator. The incident date was December 31, 2019.
Hupp was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on August 6, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
