BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/Buell street woman jailed on three warrants

Jennifer J. Hogan, 29, of Buell St., Batavia, was arrested on a warrant for robbery 2nd on July 7, 2020. The robbery incident occurred on Hutchins street on October 2, 2019.

Hogan was also arrested on two bench warrants out of City Court.

She was arraigned in City Court and jailed on $15,000(a)/$40,000(b) and $60,000(c) bail.

Hogan will return to City Court on August 18, 2020 at 1:30p.m.

Matthew I. Diers, 36, of West Main St., Batavia, a designated level 2 sex offender under the NYS Sex Offender Registry, was arrested for failing to report a change in his internet identifiers within 10 days as required by the registry on March 25, 2020

Diers was previously convicted of failing to notify a change of status within 10 days, elevating this charge to a class D felony.

He was arraigned in City Court on July 7, 2020.

Diers is currently being held in the Genesee County Jail without bail.

Daniel W. Mosholder, 28, homeless, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child and strangulation 2nd, following a domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on June 28, 2020 at 6:45a.m.

He was arraigned in City Court and will appear in City Court on August 20, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

Willie L. Williams, 33, of Laser St., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th and criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd, after a traffic stop on East Main street on June 30, 2020 at 8:39a.m.

Williams was arraigned in City Court and jailed without bail. He will return to court on August 13, 2020 at 11:00a.m.

Mark A. Constable Jr., 31, of Ganson Ave., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd/physical contact, criminal mischief/intentionally damaging property, and grand larceny 4th, after a domestic incident in the City of Batavia on June 30, 2020 at 10:56p.m.

Constable Jr. was arrested after an investigation. He was arraigned in front of Judge Rogers and ROR’s.

Constable Jr. will return to court on August 20, 2020 at 9:00am,

Laytefa A. Franklin, 31, of Castle Pl., Buffalo, is charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent person and criminal obstruction of breathing, after allegedly obstructing the breathing of an incompetent person by intentionally blocking the victim’s nose and mouth at 278 Bank street, Premier Genesee Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, on January 4. 2020.

Franklin was arraigned in City City Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

She is due back in court on August 27, 2020.

Robert B. Schultz, 61, of Ross St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident at 103 Harvester avenue on July 4, 2020.

Schultz was released and will appear in City Court on August 5, 2020.

Rae C. Cook, 31, of Liberty St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a disturbance at 111 Liberty street on June 29, 2020 at 8:30p.m.

Cook was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

On July 8, 2020, 9:35p.m., Cook was arrested and charged with criminal contempt 2nd after a domestic incident at 111 Liberty street.

Cook allegedly violated and order of protection.

Cook was again released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 11, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Andre L. Roberts, 27, of Burrows St., Rochester, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating an order of protection on June 25, 2020 in Batavia on West Main street.

The NYS Police came across Roberts as he was walking in the street on Rt. 98 on July 1, 2020.

Roberts was arraigned in City Court in front of Judge Rogers and held on $4,000/a, $8,000/b and $15,000/c bail.

Roberts will re-appear in City Court on August 13, 2020 at 11:00a.m.

Thomas J. Wolcott, 36, of Hutchins St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after allegedly violating a court order on July 7, 2020.

Wolcott was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on July 28, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
