Donald J. McClary, 25, of Indiana St., Rochester, is charged with DWI/prior conviction, failing to stop from driveway, unsafe turn, moving from a lane unsafely and unregistered motor vehicle, after a traffic stop at 573 East Main street on July 14, 2020 at 1:18a.m.
McClary was found slumped over the wheel of a car at McDonalds.
He was released with uniform traffic tickets and will appear in City Court on September 16, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Danny D. Williams, 31, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 4th and endangering the welfare of a child, following a domestic incident where Williams allegedly destroyed a cell phone and was in a physical altercation with a minor on July 6, 2020 at 1:30p.m.
Williams was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and will appear in City Court on August 27, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
Shawn P. Thomas, 37, of Pine Ridge Ter., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th after a traffic stop at 427 East Main street on May 7, 2020 at 4:11a.m.
During the stop, Thomas was allegedly found to allegedly be in possession of methamphetamine.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 6, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
