GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Four charged with trespass after being rescued

Four people have been charged with trespass after an incident at 1227 Gilmore road on July 17, 2020 at 3:33p.m.

Four teens needed assistance in getting out of the water at the falls.

Pembroke and Indian Falls Fire along with City of Batavia Fire rescue and an ambulance, responded to the parking lot of the Log Cabin restaurant, because the four subjects were unable to get out of the water.

Benjamin P. Rogemoser, 18, of Tonawanda, Rohin Ramin, 18, of Amherst, Haydar A. Esaleh, 18, of Williamsville, and Sammy H. Esaleh, 18, of Amherst, are each charged with trespass and all will appear in Pembroke Town Court on August 25, 2020 at 4:30p.m.

No injuries were reported .

Lyndsey J. Wilcox, 36, of Washington Ave., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, unlicensed operator, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely, after a motor vehicle accident at 7244 Clinton street road in Bergen on July 17, 2020 at 3:03a.m.

Wilcox was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on September 2, 2020 at 5:00p.m.

Athena M. Hanley, 33, of Pratt Rd., Batavia, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after an investigation of a motor vehicle accident at 1433 Main road in Pembroke on July 16, 2020 at 4:45p.m.

Hanley was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pembroke court on August 12, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
