BATAVIA POLICE REPORT/LeRoy man charged after allegedly stealing a puppy

Michael J. Hilton, 29, of Robbins Rd., LeRoy, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into an incident that occurred on July 15, 2020 at a residence in Batavia.

Hilton allegedly stole a puppy from a resident on Osterhout avenue at 2:40p.m.

He was issued an appearance ticket and is due to appear in City Court on October 20, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Jamie L. Soto, 45, of W. Main St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on July 17, 2020.

Soto allegedly pushed a family member during the incident.

Soto was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 21, 2020 at 1:00p.m. for arraignment.

Anthony L. Rice, 27, of Hutchins St., Batavia, was arrested after failing to appear in court for various traffic tickets from November 15, 2019.

Rice was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on August 25, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
