Clyde D. Hoskins Jr., 28, of Genesee St., Buffalo, is charged with unlawful fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle 3rd, reckless driving, a speeding violation/exceeding 55mph, unsafe turn/failure to signal, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, after he allegedly failed to stop for a violation of the NYS vehicle and traffic law on Clinton street road in the Town of Bergen on August 7, 2020 at 11:57p.m.
After a pursuit, deputies were able to take Hoskins into custody in the Town of Stafford.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Bergen Town Court on September 17, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
