GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Blasdell woman accused of identity theft

Donna L. Hartman, 57, of Marlowe Rd., Blasdell, NY, is charged with identity theft 2nd, after she allegedly used another person’s identity during a traffic stop in Livingston County on July 6, 2020.

After Hartman was transported to Noyes Hospital in Dansville, she continued to allegedly use that person’s identity.

As a result of Hartman’s alleged actions, the victim, in Genesee County, incurred medical expenses over $1,500.

Hartman was arraigned by Judge Zambito in City Court on August 19, 2020 and then released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. An order of protection was issued and Hartman will re-appear in Stafford Town Court on October 6, 2020.

Jamar A. Malana, 23, of Culver Rd., Rochester, NY, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, after an investigation of a vehicle parked along Rt. 33 in the Town of Stafford on August 22, 2020.

Malana was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance and operating without a valid NYS driver’s license.

Malana was released on appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on October 6, 2020 at 9:00a.m.

Mark D. Edwards, 23, of Ontario St., Rochester, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, after an investigation of a vehicle parked along Rt. 33 in the Town of Stafford on August 22, 2020.

Edwards, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Edwards was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on October 6, 2020 at 9:00a.m.
