Jennifer L. Bobzin, 50, of West Bergen Rd., Bergen, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a a BAC of .18% or more and following too closely after a two vehicle accident at 7105 West Bergen road on August 30, 2020 at at 6:58p.m.
Bobzin was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Bergen Town Court on October 7, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Andrew P. Schneider, 42, of Millersport Hwy., Amherst, NY, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction within ten years, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, and failure to keep right, after a motor vehicle accident at 10805 Harlow road in Darien on July 31, 2020 at 1:01p.m.
Schneider was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Darien Town Court on September 15, 2020 at 4:00p.m.
