Justin T. Gladney, 31, of N. Spruce St., Batavia, is charged with Rape 2nd, a class D felony, and possessing a sexual performance by a child, a class E felony, after an incident at a residence in the City of Batavia on June 4, 2020.
Gladney was arraigned in City Court on September 1, 2020 and was held on $20,000 A, $40,000 B and $80,000 partially secured bond.
He will reappear in City Court on October 1, 2020 at 11:00a.m.
Lisa M. Fox, 49, of Ridge Rd., Albion, is charged with harassment 2nd following a domestic dispute at UMMC at 127 North street on August 28, 2020 at 1:38p.m.
Fox allegedly spit in the face of another person.
She was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on October 20, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Paula G. Pierce, 28, of State St., Batavia, is charged with petit larceny following an investigation into a larceny at a residence in the the City of Batavia on August 30, 2020 at 9:40p.m.
Pierce was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on December 8, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
