STATE POLICE/Rochester man charged with aggravated DWI on thruway in Pembroke

On September 13, 2020, at approximately 1:30 a.m., State Police located a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of I-90 in the Town of Pembroke. 

Troopers stopped to assist and discovered the driver, Samuel D. Tabone, 26, of Rochester, NY, was allegedly intoxicated.  Tabone was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Buffalo, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.32%. 

Tabone is charged with aggravated DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor.  He was turned over to a sober third party and released on appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Pembroke Court on October 1, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.
