Kyle A. Hawley, 30, of Chili Riga Rd., Churchville, was arrested on September 15, 2020 by members of the Genesee County Probation Department on an active outstanding bench warrant out of Genesee County Court.
Hawley was arraigned on the bench warrant and then remanded to the Genesee County Jail without bail.
Hawley was also arrested on an active arrest warrant issued out of Bergen Town Court from April 20, 2020. Hawley is charged with burglary 2nd, criminal mischief and criminal tampering 3rd after an incident on S. Lake street in Bergen.
Hawley was arraigned on the arrest warrant also and released on his own recognizance.
David G. Sankel, 68, of Spencerport Rd., Spencerport, NY, is charged with DWI and refusal to take a breath test after an investigation by the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office on S. Lake street road in LeRoy on September 19, 2020 at 12:24a.m.
Sankel was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in LeRoy Town Court on October 6, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
