ORLEANS COUNTY/Homeless man facing charges in Holley

The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Ogden road in Holley for a reported larceny of a cash box along a roadside stand on September 21, 2020.

Approximately five minutes later, deputies were notified of an individual going through vehicles at the Holley Cold Storage. Deputies were at the scene immediately and a male was into custody.

The male is identified as Cody Bohn, 22, no address provided, who is reportedly homeless.

Further investigation reveals that Bohn is allegedly responsible for one burglary and numerous larcenies in Orleans County and Monroe County.

Bohn is charged with burglary 3rd, criminal mischief 3rd, grand larceny 4th, criminal possession of stolen property 4th, criminal mischief 4th and three counts of petit larceny and harassment 2nd. Further charges are pending.

This investigation was handled by Investigator Kevin Colonna, Chief Deputy Jeffrey Gifaldi, Deputy Jeffrey Cole and Deputy Jeffrey Ashberry.
