On September 20, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw, with the assistance of New York State Department of Corrections and Community Supervision, arrested Zariah J. Love-Hall, 22, of Bronx, NY, and Laticka S. Small, 29, of Tonawanda, NY, for promoting prison contraband 2nd and unlawful possession of marijuana 2nd while inside the Attica Correctional Facility.
At 8:50 a.m. Troopers arrested Love-Hall for having marijuana on her person while inside the Attica Correctional Facility. At 10:45am Troopers arrested Small for having marijuana on her person while inside the Attica Correctional Facility.
Both Love-Hall and Small were transported to SP Warsaw for processing and released on appearance tickets returnable to Attica town court at a later date.
