Edward J. Marin Jr.,31, of South Cairo, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly knowingly violating a full stay away order of protection while staying at the Best Western at 8210 Park road in the Town of Batavia on October 11, 2020.
Marin was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Batavia Town Court on November 5, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Dylan M. Birch, 20, of Lakeville, NY, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd after being arrested on October 10, 2020 in Stafford.
Birch was issued an appearance ticket and released on his own recognizance. He will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on December 1, 2020 at 9:00a.m..
