GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Chili man charged after allegedly stealing a vehicle in Pavilion

Jordan E. Rubin, 36, of Chili Ave., Chili, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th/auto over $100, after allegedly stealing a motor vehicle from a residence in the Town of Pavilion on October 3, 2020.

Rubin was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Pavilion Court on December 1, 2020 at 3:00p.m.

Jacqueline R. Garrett, 41, of Church St., LeRoy, is charged with illegal use of toxic vapors after inhaling an aerosol outside of a department store on Veteran’s Memorial Drive on October 16, 2020 at 10:06a.m.

A deputy arrived on scene and located Garrett in the act of consuming a hazardous inhalant while outside the store, in view of the public, in violation of the NYS Public Health Law.

Garrett was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on November 19, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
