On October 14, 2020 at 4:11p.m., Troopers out of SP Batavia arrested Phillip M. Bulluck, 34, of Greece, NY, for DWI, aggravated unlicensed operator and other vehicle and traffic infractions.
Troopers stopped Bulluck on Route 33 in the town of Bergen for traffic infractions. While interviewing Bulluck, an odor of alcoholic beverage allegedly was present.
Bulluck was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Batavia for processing. Bulluck refused to submit to a chemical test to determine BAC.
He was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Batavia court for a later date in November 2020.
