GENESEE COUNTY/Batavia woman wanted on an active arrest warrant facing felony drug charges

Jennifer M. Moore, 35, of River St., Batavia, was arrested after an investigation into the possession, transportation and sale of crack cocaine in and around the City of Batavia.

Moore allegedly sold a quantity of crack cocaine to an agent of the Genesee County Local Drug Task Force on two separate occasions. Moore, who had an active arrest warrant, was located sitting in a vehicle that was parked in a parking lot on Park road in the Town of Batavia.

At the time of her arrest, she was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine .

Moore is charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd, both class B felonies.

She was arraigned in Genesee County Court by Judge Charles Zambito and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice.

Task Force members were assisted by uniformed members of the Genesee County Sheriff’s Department and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
