Joey A. Evans, 30, of State St., and Benjamin G. Evans IV, 32, of Federal Dr., both of Batavia, are each charged with criminal trespass 3rd, after they were allegedly found inside of the Citgo Gas Station on Park road in Batavia on November 6, 2020 at 4:45p.m.
Both had trespassed previously and were no longer allowed at the bsuiness.
Both Joey and Benjamin were issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on December 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.
Tyler J. Griffin, 20, of Amherst, NY, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent after a rollover accident on East Road in the Town of Bethany on November 7, 2020 at 12:06a.m.
Griffin was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on November 17, 2020 at 7:00p.m.
