Ridge A. Bono, 29, of Williams St., Batavia, is charged with strangulation 2nd, endangering the welfare of a child, harassment 2nd and resisting arrest, after a domestic incident in the City of Batavia on November 12, 2020.
Bono was arraigned in City Court by Judge Rogers and was held at the Genesee County Jail until his court appearance on November 24, 2020.
Danny D. Williams Sr., 32, of Ellicott St., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd following an incident where he allegedly threatened physical violence against another person on September 29, 2020.
Williams was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on January 5, 2021.
Daniel J. Christie, 31, of Dellinger Ave., Batavia, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd following an incident on Dellinger avenue where he allegedly broke a door that did not belong to him.
Christie was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court on February 9, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
