GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Buffalo man charged in traffic stop in Pembroke

Michael J. Vogt, 40, of Albert Ave., Buffalo, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, no front license plate and failure to keep right, following a traffic stop on Main road in the Town of Pembroke on November 26, 2020 at 1:52a.m.

Vogt was issued traffic tickets and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on December 17, 2020 at 1:00p.m.

Preston S. Daigler, 22, of S. Pearl St., Oakfield, is charged with criminal mischief 3rd, after allegedly punching out a back window of a vehicle in a driveway on South Pearl street in Oakfield on November 26, 2020 at 3:14a.m.

Daigler was virtually arraigned by Judge Grabner and was released on his own recognizance.

He is to appear in Genesee County Court on January 11, 2021 at 9:00a.m.
