Jason A. Klinkbell, 32, of Lockport Rd., Alabama, is charged with vehicular assault 1st, felony DWI/drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th, reckless driving, failure to keep right, speed not reasonable and prudent, moving from a lane unsafely, driving left of pavement markings, improper passing, failure to notify the DMV of an address change and failure to change address on registration, after an investigation into a two vehicle accident on September 12, 2020 at 8:48p.m. on Bliss road in Oakfield.
Klinkbell was allegedly operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and caused serious physical injury to a passenger in the other vehicle.
Klinkbell was released on appearance tickets and is due in Oakfield Town Court on February 1, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
