On December 12, 2020 at 10:45p.m., deputies responded to the intersection of Stroh road and Maplewood road for a vehicle off the road.
After an investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Vicki L. Manns, 50, of Brookville Rd., Alexander, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more, moving from a lane unsafely and unreasonable speed under special hazards.
Manns was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on December 15, 2020 at 5:00p.m.
Michelle M. Hanssen, 54, of Chestnut Ridge Rd., Middleport, NY, is charged with aggravated DWI, DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle while using a portable electronic device, following a one vehicle accident at 6922 Lewiston road in Oakfield on December 12, 2020 at 6:11p.m.
Hanssen was issued appearance tickets for aggravated DWI and DWI, and traffic tickets for failing to stop at the stop sign, moving from her lane unsafely and operating a portable electronic device. Hanssen will appear in Oakfield Town court on January 18, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
