On December 2, 2020, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Shearer Lovell, 57, of Perry, NY, for DWI.
Troopers responded to a rollover accident into a field off Silver Lake Road, town of Perry. During the interview, Lovell was exhibiting signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
Lovell failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC.
Lovell was released with appearance tickets for Perry town court and he will appear at a later date.
