Hatt, 24, of Broadway Rd., Alexander, is charged with operating a vehicle impaired by drugs, driving while impaired by combination of drugs and drugs, aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, unlicensed operation and vehicle standing on the highway, following an investigation of a vehicle parked in the roadway with a male slumped over the wheel, on Old Creek road in Alexander on December 24, 2020 at 8:53p.m.
Hatt was issued tickets and will appear in Alexander Town Court on February 9, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
Douglas R. Mellenthine, 72, of Clinton St., Batavia, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speeding in a zone, following a traffic stop at 4003 W. Main street road on December 23, 2020 at 7:54p.m.
Mellenthine was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia Town Court on February 4, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
