Katherin A. Obrien, 27, of Roanoke Rd., Pavilion, is charged with felony DWI, previous conviction, felony aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, prior conviction in the last 10 years, and moving from a lane unsafely, following a one vehicle accident on Maple road in Alabama on January 3, 2021 at 10:22p.m.
Obrien was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Alabama Town Court on February 2, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
