PERRY POLICE REPORT/Four charged after Saturday morning street fight

On January 30, 2021 at about 12:36a.m., Perry Police were dispatched to 22 Covington Street for a report of multiple people fighting in the streets.

Upon arrival, two individuals were transported to Wyoming County Community Hospital to be evaluated for physical injuries.

After an investigation, four suspects were arrested.

Ashleigh R. Jones, 29, is charged with disorderly conduct- fight/ violent behavior, and assault 2nd degree with intent to cause serious physical injury. Jones was arraigned at Warsaw Town Court and held on bail at Wyoming County Jail. He will return to court in February 2021 at Wyoming County Court.

Jesselyn Pitts, 29, is charged with disorderly conduct/fight/ violent behavior, and assault 2nd Degree with intent to cause serious physical injury. Pitts was arraigned at Warsaw Town Court and was held on bail at Wyoming County Jail and has a return court date in February of 2021 at Wyoming County Court.

Rose H. Chiauzzi, 28, and Alexis L. Trzecieski, 21, are each charged with disorderly conduct fight/ violent behavior and assault 3rd Degree/ with intent to cause physical injury, both Chiauzzi and Trzecieski were issued appearance tickets and must appear at Perry Village Court in March of 2021 to answer their charges.
