Andrew L. Kosiorek has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of grand larceny 4th, a class E felony, after he allegedly stole a motor vehicle, a 2018 Nissan Rogue, valued at more than $100, on June 22, 2019 in the Town of LeRoy.

The indictment further accuses Kosiorek of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor, after knowingly possessing stolen property with intent to benefit himself, or a person other than an owner, or to impede the recovery by an owner of a 5 gallon ash vacuum cleaner on June 22, 2019 in the Town of LeRoy.

Dean M. Nohle has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of criminal possession of stolen property 4th, a class E felony, after he knowingly possessed stolen property that exceeded the value of $100, a 2014 Chevrolet motor vehicle, on September 13, 2020 in the City of Batavia.

In count two, Nohle is accused of criminal possession of stolen property 3rd degree, a class D felony, for knowingly possessing stolen property with intent to benefit himself or a person other than the owner, when the value of the property exceeds $3,000.

In count three, Nohle is accused of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd, as a misdemeanor. Nohle allegedly did operate a 2014 Chevrolet vehicle on Clinton street in the City of Batavia on September 12, 2020, while knowing that his license or his privilege to operate a motor vehicle in New York was suspended.
