Myles D. Macleod, 33, of E. Main St., Corfu, is charged with aggravated DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation 1st, DWI, previous offense, circumventing an interlock device, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable and prudent and operating an unregistered motorcycle, after an investigation into a motor vehicle accident that occurred on November 27, 2020 at 5:45p.m. on Alleghany road in Darien.
Macleod was arrested on February 13, 2021 and issued uniform traffic tickets. He will appear in the Town of Darien Court on April 6, 2021 at 4:00p.m.
