Roy A. Newton has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury and is accused of DWI as a class A felony, after allegedly operating a vehicle on Main street in LeRoy in an intoxicated condition of October 30, 2020.
In Count 2, Newton is accused of DWI PER SE as a class E felony, on the same above date and location. Newton allegedly had a .08 or more BAC at the time.
Newton was previously convicted of DWAI/drugs, as a misdemeanor on November 17, 2017 in the Town of Perry Court. This conviction was within 10 years of the crimes alleged in this indictment.
A Genesee County Grand Jury has indicted Warren D. Post, and has accused him of the crime of aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree, class E felony, after allegedly operating a motor vehicle on Pearl street in the Town of Batavia on May 24, 2020 while his privilege to operate was revoked based on a conviction for driving under the influence of alcohol, DWAI, on June 18, 2018 in the Town of Coxsackie, NY.
