Alex S. Dumbleton, 27, of Batavia, has been indicted by a Genesee County Grand Jury after a December 11, 2020 domestic incident at a residence in the City of Batavia. Dumbleton is accused of criminal contempt 1st, a class E felony, after violating an order of protection and subjecting the victim to physical contact.
In Count 2, Dumbleton is accused of criminal contempt 2nd, a class A misdemeanor, after intentionally disobeying an order of the court, an order of protection on the same above date, issued by City Court on April 26, 2020.
In Count 3, he is accused of endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor, after acting in a manner likely to be injurious to a child less than 17 years old on the same above date.
In Count 4, Dumbleton is accused of attempted criminal mischief 4th, a class B misdemeanor, after attempting to damage the property of another person, a driver’s side door of a vehicle owned by the victim on the same above date.
In Count 5, he is accused of harassment 2nd, after subjecting the victim to physical contact on the same above date.
