Steven I. Decker, 71, of State St., Batavia, is charged with trespass following a disturbance at a local business at 9 Jackson street on March 2, 2021 at 6:25p.m.
Decker allegedly refused to leave.
He was issued an appearance ticket and released. Decker will appear in City Court on May 4, 2021.
Patsy A. Rapone, 53, of Ellicott St. Rd., Bethany, was arrested on a City of Batavia arrest warrant from December 19, 2020, after he responded to Batavia Police Headquarters to turn himself in on March 2, 2021.
Rapone was arraigned in City Court and remanded to the jail in lieu of bail. He will re-appear at a later date.
