Nateeka M. Gibson, 31, of Tracy Ave., Batavia is charged with criminal trespass 3rd, obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest, after a trespassing complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive in Batavia.
Gibson allegedly trespassed at the Walmart store after already having been banned from the property. Gibson resisted arrest when deputies took her into custody.
Gibson was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 29, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
The case was investigated by Deputy Erik Andre, he was assisted by Deputy Ryan Young and Deputy Howard Wilson.
