Steven G. Conway, 60, of Circle Ct., Williamsville, is charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI, no seat belt and impeding traffic, after a traffic offenses complaint on Main road in Pembroke on March 13, 2021 at 7:20p.m.
Conway was allegedly operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition.
He was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Pembroke Town Court on April 29, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Erica L. Lamkin, 31, of Warsaw Rd., Pavilion, is charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08% or more and speed exceeding 55mph, after a traffic stop in Stafford at 6084 Main road on March 13, 2021 at 11:11p.m.
Lamkin allegedly was intoxicated by alcohol and was operating a motor vehicle.
She was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Stafford Court on April 15, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
David M. Weaver, 45, of Torrey Rd., Bethany, is charged with harassment 2nd after allegedly harassing another person at a residence in Bethany on March 13, 2021 at 2:30p.m.
Weaver was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Bethany Court on April 27, 2021 at 7:00p.m.
He was released in his own recognizance.
