Vega was allegedly intoxicated while operating a motor vehicle with an 11 year old child as a passenger.

Jeffrey J. Keily, 51, of Hidden Pond Lane, Walworth, NY, is charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, driving with a BAC of .18% or more, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, after deputies were dispatched to Clinton street road in Stafford for a report of am erratic driver on 4/3/21 at 7:37p.m.
Keily was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Stafford Town Court on April 21, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Kristen M. Owens, 32, of Main Rd., Stafford, is charged with DWAI/drugs and speed exceeding 55mph, following an investigation during a traffic stop at 7982 Rt. 237 in Stafford on April 2, 2021 at 7:40p.m.
Owens was allegedly operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs. She was released on appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in Stafford Town Court on April 15, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
