On April 11, 2021 at 8:08 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Joshua A. Glenn, 20, of Attica, NY, for operating a motor vehicle allegedly impaired by drugs.
Troopers stopped Glenn on Rt. 354 in the town of Bennington for driving in inclement weather after sunset with no headlights on. Glenn was placed under arrest after failing multiple field sobriety tests and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. A Drug Recognition Expert was contacted for further evaluation.
Glenn was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Bennington to appear in May 2021.
