Brinkman was arrested and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Oakfield Town Court on June 7, 2021 at 6:00p.m.
William R. Kapelke, 39, of Main St., Batavia, is charged with criminal contempt 2nd, after allegedly violating an order of protection on May 3,2021 at 11:28a.m.
Kapelke was allegedly at the residence of the protected party.
