Jennifer L. McCoy, 46, of Attica, NY, is charged with grand larceny 4th degree, and 3 counts of unlawful possession of personal identification information 3rd degree, after an investigation into incident that occurred at a residence in Oakfield.
McCoy allegedly stole an aggregate amount of $2,800.67 U.S. dollars from October 19th, 2023-January 28th, 2024.
McCoy was issued an appearance ticket and released. She will appear in Oakfield Town Court on May 6th, 2024 at 6:00p.m.

Jennifer L. McCoy, 46, of Attica, NY is charged with petit larceny after allegedly stealing a donated bicycle from a local not for profit organization in Stafford, NY on July 25, 2022.
McCoy was released with an appearance ticket and will appear in Stafford Town Court on May 7, 2024 at 10:00a.m.

Joshua J. King, 34, of Batavia, NY, is charged with DWI, and aggravated DWI/Per Se/BAC of .18% or more.
King was processed at the Genesee County Jail and was released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Batavia Court on April 11, 2024.

James R. Briggs, 48, of Batavia, NY, is charged with petit larceny after a larceny complaint at Walmart, 4133 Veteran’s Memorial Drive, on March 14, 2024.
Briggs allegedly stole merchandise from the store and passed all points of sale.
Briggs will appear in the Town of Batavia Court on April 9, 2024 at 3:00p.m.
