Wyoming County Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop, however the Honda Accord proceeded to swerve from side to side on the roadway while driving westbound and not yielding to the emergency lights and siren. The Honda Accord eventually pulled into an address on Garry Road at which time deputies approached the vehicle.

Craven was found to be the driver, and and was operating the vehicle with an identification card only with no driver’s license. On April 20, 2021, Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies received a complaint of ongoing harassment for a period of 8 to 9 months. The victim reported an unknown male had been calling his cell phone multiple times a day, every day, for the past 8 to 9 months, leaving voicemails which were threatening, vulgar, and inappropriate. The victim had told the unknown male to stop contacting him, however the calls persisted. A phone number for the suspect could not be given due to the suspect blocking his phone number every time he called.

Following a grand jury subpoena for the victim’s phone records, a suspect phone number was determined. A subsequent search warrant regarding the suspect phone number was conducted, and a suspect name was determined. Wyoming County Sheriff’s Deputies, assisted by the Village of Hamburg Police, conducted an interview at the suspect residence on Church Street in the Village of Hamburg.

  1. Would you archive this. This is now harassment. I’m going to talk to my lawyer about this if you don’t.

    • The information in this post was provided by law enforcement press releases. It is public information. If you can provide an update on your case with court documents can update the post with that information. Please message the Video News Service Facebook page.

I understand that. I’m asking you as a person that it serves no purpose to keep it up this long. The Hamburg Sun only kept it up for two weeks. This is why people are losing faith in the media.

  3. If you can supply court documents that the charges have been dropped can remove. Or if charges were reduced after a plea agreement can update.

  4. Why don’t you contact Bennington Town Court yourself and do your job yourself. And The Hamburg Sun didn’t put me through this. Again, this is why people have lost faith in the media.
