On May 22, 2021 at 4:48 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested David J. Smith, 52, of Cowlesville, NY, for assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and harassment.
On May 22, 2021, Troopers responded to a physical domestic between father and son in the town of Bennington.
Smith was arrested and processed at SP Warsaw and was issued appearance tickets returnable to town of Bennington Court in June of 2021.
On May 21, 2021 at 8:01 p.m., Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Brandon D. Forsyth, 29, of Corfu, NY, for driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign.
On May 21, 2021, Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident involving a ATV on Schoellkopf road in the town of Bennington.
Forsyth was placed under arrest and transported SP Warsaw for processing. He was issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Bennington in June of 2021.
On May 16, 2021, SP Machias Troopers arrested Desirae A. Hebdon, 35, of Arcade, NY, for driving while intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Pioneer Lane in the town of Yorkshire, Troopers observed Hebdon allegedly exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined she had been allegedly operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene and was arrested and transported to SP Machias, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.08% BAC.
Hebdon was released with appearance tickets and will appear in Yorkshire Town Court in June of 2021.
