GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Alabama man charged with bail jumping

On May 27, 2021, Marc C.J. Cook Sr., of Church St., Alabama, was charged with bail jumping 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor, after not appearing in Batavia City Court on September 15, 2020, after being charged with criminally using drug paraphernalia 2nd. Cook did not voluntarily turn himself in within 30 days of the above date.

Cook was virtually arraigned in front of Judge Rogers and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond bail. He is scheduled to re-appear in City Court on June 15, 2021 at 3:00p.m.

Task Force members were assisted by Genesee County Sheriff’s Deputies and the Genesee County District Attorney’s Office.
