Carolyn E. Brown, 36, of Elkton. MD, was arrested following a traffic stop on Route 20A at Coe Road in the Town of Perry on May 21, 2021.
Brown was stopped for following too closely. During the stop, Brown was found to have photo copies of expired temporary Virginia license plates on her vehicle. Brown was also found to have three active suspensions in New York State.
Brown’s vehicle was towed from the scene, and she was taken to the Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office for processing.
Brown is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd degree, unregistered motor vehicle, operating without insurance, and following too closely.
Brown was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to answer the charges in the Town of Perry Court on June 9, 2021.
