On May 5, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Cameron Usselman, 24, of Carlton, with aassault 3rd and criminal obstruction of breathing. He was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Usselman is scheduled to return to the Town of Carlton Court at a later date.
On May 13, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Chad Heideman, 46, of Lyndonville, with criminal contempt 2nd and criminal possession of a weapon 4th. He was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Heideman is scheduled to return to the Town of Yates Court at a later date.
On May 16, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Dakoda Watson, 22, of Holley, with petit larceny. Watson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to the Town of Albion Court at a later date.
On May 19, 2021, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Ibrihim Quddus, 33, of Medina, with assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Quddus is scheduled to return to the Town of Shelby Court at a later date.
On May 21, 2021 the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Peter Couch, 26, of Holley, with criminal mischief and harassment 2nd. He was arraigned by CAP Court and released on his own recognizance. Couch is scheduled to return to the Town of Murray Court at a later date.
