Matthew J. Zon, 39, of East Main St., Byron, is charged with criminal contempt 1st and criminal obstruction of breathing, following a domestic disturbance in the Town of Byron on May 29, 2021 at 6:06p.m.
Zon was arraigned in Stafford Town Court and assigned $2,500 bail, $5,000 bond and $15,000 partially secured bond.
He is due to appear in Genesee County Court on June 28, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Haley C. Keyser, 35, of Strasbourg Dr., Cheektowaga, NY, is charged with aggravated harassment/physical contact due to race and disorderly conduct, after she allegedly subjected a victim to physical harm, yelling obscenities and racial slurs in a public place on Alleghany road in Darien on May 30, 2021 at 5:28p.m.
Keyser was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Darien Town Court on June 17, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
Ernest J. Heineman Jr., 40 of Old Creek Rd., Alexander, is charged with aggravated harassment 2nd, after allegedly sending threatening text messages to another person, causing them to fear for their safety.
Heineman was arraigned and an order of protection was put into place.
He is scheduled to appear in Genesee County Court on July 13, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
Stephanie L. Salcido, 31, of Walden Creek Dr., Batavia, is charged with DWI, DWAI/combined influence of drugs and alcohol, driving a motor vehicle on a sidewalk. failed to stop at a stop sign and failed to keep right, after an investigation into traffic offenses on Elm street on May 30, 2021 at 10:33p.m..
Salcido was issued appearance tickets and will appear in Batavia City Court on June 16, 2021 at 9:00a.m.
