Rebbecca S. Wissinger, 29, of State St., Batavia, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, custodial interference 2nd and harassment 2nd, after an incident at Genesee County Social Services on East Main street in Batavia on June 21, 2021.
Wissinger allegedly became physical with a third party while trying to take custody of her children, against a Genesee County Family Court order.
Wissinger was released on an appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Batavia Court at a later date and time.
Thomas J. Scheuerlein, 56, of Overlook Dr., Batavia, is charged with harassment 2nd after a domestic incident in the Town of Batavia on June 21, 2021.
Scheuerlein was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released. He will appear in Genesee County Court on August 11, 2021 at 10:00a.m.
