GENESEE COUNTY SHERIFF’S REPORT/Tonawanda Indian Reservation man charged with felony assault

Ray Spencer-Lindquist Saile, 19, of Judge road, Tonawanda Indian Reservation, is charged with assault 2nd, a class D felony, victim is 65 or older, harassment 2nd and criminal contempt 1st, after allegedly back handing a person who had a stay away order of protection from Saile.

Saile also allegedly caused a physical injury to another victim who was 65 or older.

The incident occurred on June 26, 2021 at 12:45a.m.

He was arraigned in Alabama Town Court and released under the supervision of Genesee Justice. Saile will re-appear in Alabama Town Court on July 20, 2021 at 6:00p.m.

Nefetiria L. Turner, 39, of Tracey avenue, Batavia, is charged with grand larceny 4th, property is greater than $1,000, grand larceny 4th, credit card, and petit larceny, after Turner stole a wallet belonging to another patron at Batavia Downs Gaming.

The wallet contained several credit cards and over $1,000 in cash.

Turner will appear in Batavia Town Court for arraignment on July 20, 2021 at 1:00p.m.
