On June 26, 2021, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Jacob W. Dunaway, 32, of LeRoy, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers responded to a motor vehicle accident into a tree off Old Buffalo Road, town of Warsaw.
During the interview with operator Dunaway, he was exhibiting signs of intoxication. Troopers determined Dunaway had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. Dunaway was unable to perform standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested and transported to SP Warsaw, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15% BAC.
Dunaway was released with appearance tickets for Warsaw town court on a later date.
